How to delete your account

If you have the app

1. Open Catena and go to Settings.
2. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.

Deletion starts right away and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email team@juliennestudios.com from the email address on your Catena account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request came from that address and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and sign-in details
• Your profile (display name, username, bio)
• Your focus sessions, streaks, stats and café progress (coins, recipes, decorations, cats)
• Your friends list, group memberships and invitation history
• Your settings and notification reminders

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple, under their own policies
• Safety reports, moderation decisions and account-deletion records, kept for security and legal reasons
• Content held for moderation review is removed by scheduled cleanup within 30 days
• Usage analytics already received by our analytics providers is not automatically erased; email us to request deletion

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
